What do you do for your clients ?
My work includes structuring and negotiating a wide range of transactions and relationships, including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, joint ventures, distribution and licensing.
My specialist legal skills are in the areas of data protection and intellectual property but, after 25 years in-house working in businesses that transitioned from ‘analogue’ print and production to digital asset creation and distribution through a combination of acquisitions and organic development, I have wide experience in the practical application of these and other legal skills.
