Prior to joining Arbor Law, I spent over five years in-house at Global, where I progressed to Head of Legal - Outdoor & Property, working closely with senior stakeholders on strategic property issues, managed and mentored junior lawyers, and advised on high-value transactions and disputes. Before moving in-house, I trained and qualified into commercial real estate at Stephenson Harwood LLP and subsequently worked at Withers LLP (including time in Sydney) and Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, advising institutional investors, funds and hospitality clients on a broad range of real estate transactions.
Legal Specialties
I specialise in commercial property, with particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and the acquisition, disposal and development of real estate assets. My experience includes negotiating complex leases and licences, advising on large-scale advertising and infrastructure agreements, and supporting clients on property-related disputes.
I also have strong experience in general commercial contracts, including marketing and advertising agreements, and bring a commercially minded, collaborative approach to helping clients manage risk and achieve their business objectives.
Alongside my legal work, I run Little Lawyers, an initiative focused on introducing children and young people to the legal profession and equipping them with practical legal skills to build confidence and self-advocacy.
