I am a senior commercial lawyer with a strong focus on technology, media and telecommunications.

I spent 10 years at leading City firms Dentons, Olswang and Baker & McKenzie, following which I joined T-Mobile International UK as Head of Legal and subsequently held GC/Head of Legal roles in behavioural advertising and mobile payments companies. Since 2009 I have advised clients on a consultancy basis.

Legal Specialities

I advise clients on a range of commercial matters from strategy development, product review, deal drafting and negotiation through to risk management and governance. I am also a data protection specialist and have IAPP CIPP/E accreditation.
