I cover all aspects of work in this area, including outsourcing, digital distribution, agency, consultancy, licensing, connectivity, development, sale and purchase, IT and Telecoms infrastructure and construction, terms of trade, e-commerce, and data privacy matters.
My real specialisms are advising on major IT and Telecoms infrastructure and construction projects, as well as digital distribution and connectivity matters, for a range of telecoms and technology businesses. I have a deep understanding of both of these sectors which benefits clients when they need a senior expert to hit the ground running on complex transactions.
