What do you do for your clients ?
I am a litigator and work with companies across a wide range of industries to resolve their commercial disputes. I also represent individuals – founders, directors, entrepreneurs, PEPs and HNW individuals and guide them through their contentious issues to obtain a speedy and successful outcome for them.
My experience is broad and varied – breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, multi jurisdiction investigations, injunctive relief and enforcing foreign judgments. I also have significant Court experience in terms of conducting trials and applying for interim relief.
I really thrive off the variety and challenge of contentious work – I’m currently advising a client in relation to a dispute over real estate in the metaverse; which has required some creative thinking!
I began my career in the London and Paris offices at SJ Berwin before joining Mishcon de Reya in 2007.
