I am a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with over 14 years’ experience supporting scale-ups and high-growth businesses as a consultant General Counsel.

Working closely with founders, boards and leadership teams, I deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across SaaS, Fintech, property and private-equity backed ventures.

With a background in both private practice at Norton Rose Fulbright and in-house roles, I am adept at embedding within organisations to provide strategic legal support that’s proactive, commercial and responsive. I help clients navigate day-to-day legal operations, manage risk, and build scalable legal functions that support growth.

I specialise in company law and transactional work, advising on M&A, investment rounds, joint ventures, group restructurings and governance matters.

In-house, I focus on helping high-growth businesses set-up their legal function, and establish the precedents, processes and framework to facilitate sales, grow a talented team and build a resilient operations function.

Behind the lawyer

I’ve co-founded and maintain an interest in variety of businesses, including in events, product development and venture-building. Outside the office, when I am not watching the children play sport from the pitch sidelines, or ferrying them around, I try and get out to play tennis and golf, cycle, run and ski. As a family we spend a lot of time in France, but I’m hoping to find a little more time in the next few years to travel more widely.
