What do you do for your clients ?
I help clients identify risks and relevant areas within the business to address them, communicating complex areas of data protection with clarity and meaningful advice and guidance relevant to their business objectives and compliance obligations.
Prior to joining Arbor I was Senior Legal Counsel, Data in the Data Legal Team at Virgin Media O2. Before this I supported the Virgin Mobile business within Virgin Media Limited and have worked for other leading businesses including BlackBerry, Deloitte and Siemens plc.
Legal Specialties
I am part of Arbor’s Data Privacy practice group, advising clients across a range of sectors including TMT and Financial Services. We help organisations implement appropriate data protection programmes, from policies and processes to building data protection teams.
We cover a wide range of data protection activities including, audits, contract reviews, data sharing and international transfers, marketing compliance, product implementation, HR, data breach and data rights support. We also advise clients on dealings with relevant regulators and data protection authorities.
