What do you do for your clients ?
My legal career started at Coudert Brothers in 1995, where I gained substantial experience in telecoms / satellite law, and worked for the first time with Anna McKibbin whom I now work with here at Arbor.
I spent ten years as a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy, specialising in telecoms, IT and commercial contracting. Secondments while at Allen & Overy included telecoms companies KPNQwest and Swisscom International and at the European Commission in the Public Procurement Directorate.
I also have an LLM in mediation, analysing in depth how to address GDPR and confidentiality issues in multi-jurisdictional online mediations for my dissertation.
Legal Specialties
My particular expertise is in drafting and negotiating complex IT and telecoms services and infrastructure agreements.
I am also an IMI certified mediator specialising in a transformative approach to conflict resolution, helping parties search for ways not only to resolve their dispute but to transform their relationships.
