Joining Arbor has allowed me to scale the commercial and corporate services I provide to my clients with the support of an experienced team of in-house specialists.
I advise clients on all stages of the acquisition, development, construction, operation and ultimate exit from energy and infrastructure projects. This includes working with them to understand the regulatory landscape for individual projects, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, fuel supply and off-take arrangements. I also have special expertise advising clients on complex IT outsourcing agreements and am particularly interested in the transformation and digitisation of the energy sector having worked for Smart DCC on the roll out of the UK’s smart metering programme.
I combine a wealth of knowledge with the ability to distil complex, technical issues into understandable and practical advice for clients. I am an energy sector enthusiast and committed to helping clients of all size in the sector work towards their targets.
Before Arbor
I trained and worked at Dentons, then worked as General Counsel for a US$400m renewable energy fund in Singapore developing projects across South East Asia. For the past 8 years I have been running my own legal services firm advising clients on oil & gas, renewables and the UK’s smart metering roll-out.
