I have many years of experience recruiting for new model / ABS law firms and legal consultancies, so am well-placed to identify those who will excel in legal consultancy roles. I have worked in the legal recruitment sector since 1997 both in the UK and internationally, working with GCs, Heads of Legal and in-house teams. In private practice I have worked on assignments for senior lawyers with Managing Partners, Practice Heads and COOs of major commercial firms.

I have recruited across a number of legal areas including M&A/Private Equity, Energy, TMT/Sport, Hospitality and Leisure, Fintech, Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Employment. In addition to recruiting at both GC and Equity Partner level, I have an in depth understanding of the interim recruitment market within legal consultancies and new model / ABS law firms. I am a Fellow of The Recruitment and Employment Confederation and hold the certificate in recruitment practice (CertRP).

What Clients Say

“A resourceful, energetic business focussed executive. Her connectivity in the legal sector at the highest levels is excellent” CEO “She is thoughtful and personable in all dealings with clients and candidates….she has used her experience to assess a client’s culture and approach in order to ensure a ‘cultural fit’ with the right candidate. In this I found her to be a mile ahead of most other recruiters, whose claims to do so are pure PR – not with Sarah” Deputy G-C

Behind the lawyer

I am particularly interested in the movie industry. I am a member of BAFTA, a Non-Executive Director of the Edinburgh International Film Festival and studied film at Edinburgh University. I have also worked extensively in the charity sector when it comes to children and the arts, supporting charities from Great Ormond Street to Make a Wish and Royal Academy of Arts.
