I began my career at Baker McKenzie in Chicago, relocating shortly thereafter to the London office as a senior associate in the Capital Markets Group, after which I served as the UK General Counsel/Group Company Secretary for two FTSE 250 London Stock Exchange listed companies before returning to private practice at Arbor Law.
I have a wide range of experience advising clients – mostly international clients – on domestic and international corporate transactional work, in particular capital raising (from seed to IPO) and M&A.
I have a particular interest in the financial services sector – in addition to transactional support, I assist firms to expand internationally/obtain regulatory authorisation and provide strategic regulatory compliance and governance advice.
Clients also rely on me to serve as fractional UK general counsel as well as oversee the delivery of outsourced compliance services.
