Three senior lawyers have joined our team at Arbor as we continue with our growth plans for 2022 and beyond.
Kenneth Shand was formally Senior Partner of Dentons in Scotland. Kenneth has a wealth of experience when it comes to developing platforms for growth which better serve both lawyers and their clients. Kenneth will be working with the co-founding team at Arbor as a Non-Executive Director supporting on strategy and leadership and to further develop our shared values and standards around integrity, adaptability and experience.
Nicki Greves is a senior in-house lawyer with specialist knowledge in the hospitality and travel, technology and satellite industries. Nicki’s in-house background includes working as Sole Legal Counsel at Integrity International Group, senior solicitor at satellite operator Avantie and Assistant Vice President at the Marsh Space Project, a specialist satellite insurance division at Marsh. Nicki specialises in commercial, risk management and also corporate governance. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary through the ICSA.
Finally, Shaw Stapely brings his valuable in-house legal expertise from his years spent in Centrica’s legal team. Shaw was lead counsel for Hive, Centrica’s Internet of Things business, helping take it from a start-up to an award-winning growth business with over 1.5 million customers worldwide and Associate General Counsel of British Gas Energy, where he developed a new agile and competitive energy business and migrating a 7 million customer base onto a new billing platform.
