This month, we’ve welcomed a new senior lawyer to our corporate team at Arbor Law.
Richard Ufland has had an impressive career at global law firm Hogan Lovells specialising in corporate transactions and advisory work. From securities, M&A and public takeovers, his work and deals experience has included advising the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Honeywell and Microsoft to name but a few.
At Arbor Law, he will be bringing the benefit of over 40 years’ experience to our clients in helping them navigate everything from public and private mergers and acquisitions to securities work, joint ventures and corporate governance. Richard has wide-ranging sector expertise in both regulated and non-regulated industries from telecommunications, media, industrials, financial services and leisure to support our growth in these key sectors.
