I am an experienced corporate lawyer with over 40 years’ experience in corporate transactions and advisory work. I cover mergers & acquisitions (M&A), securities issues (ECM), corporate governance, joint ventures and commercial arrangements. I bring the experience I have gained over my lengthy career as a partner in a leading global law firm to my role as a legal consultant at Arbor Law.

I started my career at Stephenson Harwood, leaving as a partner to join Hogan Lovells.

Behind the lawyer

When I am not corporate lawyering, I aim to enjoy life fully from cycling, skiing and walking to bridge, opera and spending time with my family and looking after two young grandsons (the most demanding job of all!).
