ABOUT

Introduction

Sinead is a senior commercial employment solicitor who comes to Arbor from Mishcon de Reya’s market leading employment practice. She advises employers across the full employment lifecycle, from hiring through to exit. She works with blue-chip businesses, financial service businesses and multinationals, but has a growing focus on start-up and scale-up clients. Her undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Business Studies gives her a natural affinity for tech-led businesses and the specific employment challenges their founders and HR teams face.

Her approach is practical and cost-conscious. She turns matters around quickly, monitors costs closely and focuses on resolving issues efficiently, with the majority of her clients settling disputes before reaching tribunal.

Sinead works closely with M&A, commercial, incentives and intellectual property specialists to offer joined-up support across employment-related matters.

Sinead also advises individual executives and founders on the employment law aspects of their appointments and exits.

Behind the lawyer

Sinead spends her time between Malta and the UK. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her young family, going to the beach, playing padel and painting watercolours.
