Dave is a commercial solicitor with over 20 years’ experience advising on a wide range of non-contentious commercial contracts. He is known for being practical, commercial and straightforward to work with, bringing a hands-on approach to both complex negotiations and day-to-day contract work.
Dave began his career at the London office of Mayer Brown, where he spent over 14 years and left as a partner. He subsequently held positions at DAC Beachcroft and Womble Bond Dickinson before joining Arbor Law.
His practice covers the full range of general commercial contracts, from drafting and negotiating complex multi-party arrangements to preparing clear, workable templates for everyday use. He advises clients across commercial, corporate, procurement, outsourcing, technology and telecoms sectors.
