Jane is a senior commercial and projects lawyer with a strong track record advising on complex, high-value transactions in the UK and internationally. She has worked across sectors as varied as healthcare, defence, engineering and digital infrastructure, and is known for delivering innovative, commercially grounded legal solutions.
Jane has acted for clients including the UK Ministry of Defence, NHS Trusts, British Airways, BP, Wickes and the Health Authority Abu Dhabi. She co-led the award-winning team behind the Royal Navy’s flagship aircraft carrier procurement programme and has held senior leadership roles developing national and international legal markets and leading multi-office teams.
She is deeply engaged in sustainability and systemic resilience work through her role as adviser to non-profit GCS Forum for General Counsel, where she serves as Stakeholder Advisor (and previously as Executive Chair and Director)
Representative Experience
Co-led the award-winning legal team behind the Royal Navy’s flagship CVF aircraft carrier alliance procurement programme. Led multi-million-pound long lead equipment procurement contracts for Ada Infrastructure’s flagship Docklands Data Centre Campus in East London’s Royal Docks. Advised the UK Ministry of Defence, NHS Trusts and the Health Authority Abu Dhabi on complex legal projects. Drafted and negotiated major outsourcing and supply contracts for British Airways, BP, Wickes and Dunlop Standard Aerospace.
Away from work, Jane enjoys running, dog-walking and spending time outdoors. She enjoys trying to grow her own vegetables, k-drama and k-pop.
