Lucinda is a telecommunications, digital infrastructure and technology lawyer with more than two decades of experience advising operators, suppliers, public sector bodies and technology businesses on complex commercial, regulatory and strategic transactions.
She brings strategic, solution-orientated legal advice to complex commercial and regulatory matters, with particular depth in telecommunications infrastructure, managed services, technology contracts and public sector transactions.
A former BT Chief Counsel and Ericsson Head of Legal Services, Lucinda combines deep sector expertise with board-level commercial judgement, helping clients navigate risk while achieving their strategic and commercial objectives.
She led a team of 16 commercial managers and lawyers handling UK and Republic of Ireland public sector transactions worth approximately £2.9bn.
At Ericsson, she headed the Legal Services Team for the UK and Ireland, leading high-stakes negotiations with major mobile operators on 5G radio and core network contracts, and advising on a portfolio spanning software, hardware, managed services, cloud and virtualised software, and emerging technology including AI, automation and private networks.
Having also founded and operated her own consultancy business, Lucinda brings first-hand understanding of the commercial pressures facing leadership teams and business owners, allowing her to deliver pragmatic, commercially grounded advice that supports growth and innovation.

Led successful negotiations of 5G radio and core network technology contracts with leading UK and Irish mobile operators on behalf of Ericsson.
Led legal support for public sector transactions worth approximately £2.9bn across the UK and Republic of Ireland, managing a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, commercial managers and external advisers.

She is married with one son who is a competitive swimmer, and is also an Amateur Swimming Association official, so weekends are frequently spent at swim meets, where focus, fairness and calm decision-making matter just as much as they do professionally. When not at the pool, she enjoys hill walking and skiing, and is a keen gardener at home.
