Sarah is a commercial lawyer with 15 years’ experience advising technology and travel businesses. She is known for a commercially minded, collaborative approach, bringing both technical legal expertise and a deep understanding of the sectors she advises in.
Before joining Arbor, Sarah was Senior Corporate Counsel at Expedia Group, advising their hotel supply business on contractual and regulatory matters across the EMEA region. Prior to that she held a series of Corporate Counsel roles at Expedia, advising their brand teams, transport supply organisation and white label businesses. She also worked as Legal Counsel at LivingSocial, advising their EMEA and APAC marketplace businesses.
Her practice covers commercial contracts, consumer law, data privacy and regulatory matters, with particular depth in the travel technology and marketplace sectors.
Outside work, Sarah enjoys yoga, travel and spending time with her family. She also runs a reflexology business.
