I began my career in London in the Company & Commercial group at City firm Charles Russell Speechlys before moving in-house to a major UK digital infrastructure group as Head of Legal. From there I went on to serve as General Counsel to an African clean energy fund before joining a US headquartered impact investment business focused on agriculture and real estate projects across sub Saharan Africa. I also founded a multi-disciplinary consultancy focused on impact investing in Africa before joining Arbor Law.
Legal Specialties
I am a versatile, corporate and commercial lawyer with a wide range of experience advising international clients. I have a particular interest in impact investing and businesses focused on sub Saharan Africa. I specialise in managing complex cross-border transactions with multiple stakeholders.
