I am a senior employment lawyer with over 17 years’ experience in advising a diverse range of corporate clients on employment law issues.

Before joining Arbor, I was a partner and co-head of the Employment law department at Kennedys, working with a wide range of clients from multinational insurers and transport businesses to SMEs and start- ups. After taking a career break to write a novel and complete a Master’s degree in creative writing, I consulted as a senior employment lawyer at Taylor Wessing, advising clients in the tech and life sciences sectors.

Legal Specialties

I advise clients across a wide spectrum of employment matters. I advise on day-to-day employment law queries, as well as providing strategic support on long-term projects and corporate transactions.

I draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies and procedures, and settlement agreements. I also conduct employment litigation before the employment tribunals and civil courts, and provide training to clients on employment law issues.

Behind the lawyer

When not lawyering, I spend my time writing novels, falling over in ice skating lessons, and watching ice hockey games. I also volunteer at the Imperial War Museum.
