I am a senior commercial and TMT lawyer providing clients with pragmatic advice across a wide range of technology and commercial matters.

Before joining Arbor, I spent time as the sole Legal Counsel in the Paris office of Econocom (subsidiary of Société Générale), advising on all legal aspects of the UK, Irish and Dutch entities; Legal Counsel to the MRI manufacturing and healthcare divisions at Siemens; Senior Legal Counsel to the customer, network, technology and operation divisions at Virgin Media; and Head of Legal, Technology and International divisions of Royal Mail.

 I have over 20 years’ experience, with particular expertise in advising clients on technology, procurement and sales matters. I have been the lead legal advisor across a number of divisions in numerous large, multinational, FTSE companies both in the UK and abroad.

 Having had key involvement in the strategies needed to improve and transform businesses, I have excellent internal and external relationship management skills.
