I am a senior commercial and TMT lawyer providing clients with pragmatic advice across a wide range of technology and commercial matters.

What are your legal specialities?

I have over 20 years’ experience, with have a particular expertise, in advising clients on technology, procurement and sales matters. I have been the lead legal advisor across a number of divisions in numerous large, multinational, FTSE companies both in the UK and abroad.

Having had key involvement in the strategies needed to improve and transform businesses, I have excellent internal and external relationship management skills.
