I am a commercial lawyer with 15 years’ experience advising technology and travel companies.
Before joining Arbor, I was Senior Corporate Counsel for the Expedia Group, advising their hotel supply business on contractual and regulatory matters across the EMEA region. Prior to this I worked in various Corporate Counsel roles for Expedia, advising their brand teams, transport supply organisation and white label businesses. I also worked as legal counsel for LivingSocial, advising their EMEA and APAC marketplace businesses.
