Fiona is a commercial property and general commercial lawyer with a background that combines City private practice and senior in-house leadership. She advises clients on property transactions and commercial matters with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach grounded in real operational experience.
Before joining Arbor, Fiona spent over five years in-house at Global, where she progressed to Head of Legal for Outdoor and Property. She worked directly with senior stakeholders on high-value transactions and disputes, managed and mentored junior lawyers, and developed a clear understanding of what businesses actually need from their legal adviser. That in-house perspective shapes everything she does in practice.
Fiona trained and qualified into commercial real estate at Stephenson Harwood before gaining further experience at Withers, including a period in Sydney, and Penningtons Manches Cooper, acting for institutional investors, funds and hospitality clients across a broad range of transactions.
Alongside her legal practice, Fiona runs Little Lawyers, an initiative that introduces children and young people to the law and helps build their practical skills and confidence.
When not lawyering, Fiona enjoys travelling, Pilates and playing the piano.
